ACBN Nutrition Credits

Nutrition lectures have been approved by ACBN (American Clinical Board of Nutrition)
and CBCN (Chiropractic Board of Clinical Nutrition).

To receive these credits you will be required to attend the lecture and sign the attendance sheet at the back of the class to verify your presence.
When completing your credit voucher included in your handout please mark how many nutrition hours you attended.

You will be able to self report the hours to ACBN with your confirmation letter you will receive from the University of Bridgeport. Copies of the attendance sign in/out sheets will be provided to ACBN and CBCN by the University.

It is your responsibility to confirm with your state board what is approved outside your state prior to attending the event.

Please note our CEUs provider is the

University of Bridgeport

Out Of State CE Credits Procedure:

Please be advised that the University of Bridgeport (our CE provider), reports CEU hours for the state of Florida only. These hours are reported directly to CE Broker (the official continuing education tracking system of the FL Department of Health).
These hours are not reported until all electronic attendance data and vouchers are verified, which usually takes between 30 - 60 days.

If you hold an out of state license, it is imperative that you are aware of the license renewal requirements in your state as you may need to self report your credits. All of that information is available to you, online, on your State Board’s website.

Please do not call the University and ask them what your requirements are or how many hours you have.  They do not have or store that information.

After attending our CE seminar, you will receive a letter from the University of Bridgeport confirming the continuing education credits you earned at our conference.  Please hold on to this letter in case you are asked by your State Board for proof of attendance.  If you lose this letter, please be advised that the UB charges for a duplicate.

Keep a record of your hours for future reference.
